Winter Camp Schedule

Daily Schedule  (Details may change, final schedule will be released the sign ups 4 weeks before)

Day 1

  • 10:30 meet at local bus station or venue and check in
  • 1:30 afternoon court session  
  • 4:00 Bath pt session 
  • 6:00 dinner  
  • 7:00 individual film session/relax/pt session/evening shoot around (optional) 
  • 8:30 relax  
  • 10:00 bedtime  

Day 2-3

  • 6:30 wake up 
  • 7:00 plyometric training
  • 8:00 rest  
  • Breakfast  
  • 10:00 morning court session 
  • 12:00 lunch 
  • 2:00 afternoon court session  
  • 4:00 Bath pt session 
  • 6:00 dinner  
  • 7:00 individual film session/relax/pt session/evening shoot around (optional) 
  • 8:30 relax  
  • 10:00 bedtime  

Day 4 schedule 

  • 6:00 wake up 
  • 6:30 breakfast/pack up rooms  
  • 9:00 Morning session
  • 1:00 Leave

Note: A mini bus will be provided from the local bus stop to and from the training camp site.
