Daily Schedule  (Details may change, final schedule will be released the sign ups 4 weeks before)

Day 1

  • 9:30-11:30meet at local bus station or venue and check in
  • 12:00 lunch
  • 1:30 afternoon court session  
  • 4:00 Bath pt session 
  • 6:00 dinner  
  • 7:00 individual film session/relax/pt session/evening shoot around (optional) 
  • 8:30 relax  
  • 10:00 bedtime  

Day 2,3

  • 6:00 wake up 
  • 6:30-8:00 advanced player skills training  (16 years old and up)
  • 8:00 rest  
  • 8:30 Breakfast  
  • 9:30-12:00 morning court session (All players)
  • 12:30 lunch 
  • 2:00 afternoon court session  
  • 4:00 Bath pt session 
  • 6:00 dinner  
  • 7:00-9:00 individual film session/relax/pt session/evening shoot around (optional) 
  • 9:00 relax  
  • 10:00 bedtime  

Day 4 Schedule

  • 6:00 wake up 
  • 6:30-8:00 advanced player skills training  (16 years old and up)
  • 8:00 rest  
  • 8:30 breakfast   
  • 9:30-12:00 morning court session (All players)
  • 12:30 lunch 
  • 1:00-5:00 afternoon at the lake (optional)
  • 2:00-5:00 afternoon court session (optional)
  • 5:00 Bath pt session 
  • 6:00-8:00 BBQ  
  • 8:00-9:30 Evening Session (optional)
  • 9:30 relax  
  • 10:00 bedtime  

Day 5 schedule 

  • 6:00 wake up 
  • 6:30 breakfast/pack up rooms  
  • 8:00-11:00 final day skills competition/game/awards ceremony  
  • 11:00-1130 shower  
  • 11:30 check out
  • 12:00 Lunch
  • 1:00 pick up time and drop off

Notes:

A mini bus will be provided from the local bus stop to and from the training camp site.

Day 1
Afternoon:
shooting fundamentals and testing
Evening session:
Advanced ball handling and floater (optional all players)

Day 2
Early morning:
advanced shooting and ball handling (advanced players only)
Morning:
Plyometric training
Passing fundamentals
Afternoon:
lay ups and finishing through contact
Evening: basic 2 man/women game (optional all players)

Day 3
Early morning:
advanced long range shooting and playing through contact (advanced players only)
Morning:
Plyometric training
Pick and roll/pick and pop
Afternoon:
Euro step
back door screen
advanced passing

Day 4
Early morning: advanced pick and roll and jump training (advanced players only)
Morning:
Plyometric training
mid-range pull up shooting
Afternoon:
afternoon shoot around and offensive schemes (optional)
Evening:
shooting test (optional)

Day 5
Morning:
Shooting stars contest
